Today we have a travelling day to Dublin, then to Belfast and then to Portrush. We leave from Heathrow and land in Dublin. This is the queue in immigration in Dublin airport.
Then we fixed up Bill's ears in Belfast at Amplifon.
These girls were hilarious and so friendly.
We arrived at Portrush. This the view from our apartment. Notice the 148th Open Royal Portrush cap. (Is on crooked, Ed.)
Portrush Main St first, and then a view of the golf course above the beach in the distance, taken from the same place.
Then a drink at a popular Portrush bar, The Harbour Bar, 5mins walk away, where the golfers hang out - Graeme McDowell is a local there. Not tonight though.
Today we celebrate settlement of 23 Cedar Rd. It is a done deal, Gaby and John have paid their money to us. We say goodbye completely to 24 years of family fun, and now their family will hopefully enjoy family times as we did. I also feel so so proud this home was in such great working order when we sold it - everything fixed and fit for a Royal family to live in. Everything was ultra cleaned. It was a place of excellence.
